The total fee is £80 for members and £90 for non-members

To hold the place a £30 deposit is required with the balance payable on the day of party.

This is for 1 hour 45mins. Additional time can be arranged at £25 per half hour.

The 1 hour 45mins hour slot should allow enough time to clear away, any time over the 1 hour 45mins hour slot will be charged at the above rate.

The gym and coach can be hired for one hour for £60 for gym activities only.

All prices are set until 31st December 2008.

Bookings may be made on the following days:-

Saturdays at 3.30- 5.30pm

Sundays from 11am onwards

School holidays at 4.30-6.30pm

Please read the following advice and instructions:-

• The dining area must be left clean and tidy. There is a vacuum cleaner to use.
• Holders of the party are expected to look after, provide the food and entertain the children in the second hour, and clear away. Should you require longer an additional fee is required see above.
• Please be prompt in the clearing up so as you are out with in the 2 hours unless hired for longer. It is advisable to ask parents to collect the children 30-15 minutes before the end in order to finish on time.
• The use of the kitchen is included but must be left clean and tidy. All rubbish must be taken home with you.
• The maximum number of children is 25. If more are attending another coach can be arranged at the cost of £15 for the hour.
• A ratio of 1 adult per 8 children is required for the over 3's, including the coach in charge for the first hour, A ratio of 1adult per 1 child is required for the under 3's, it is also preferred for the under 5's.
• Children should wear appropriate clothing, no jewellery including studs earrings.
• Children must have socks for the trampolines.
