There is a National finals every year for Prep levels and a National Grade Finals at Stoke-on- Trent for all Grades in Pairs, Groups and Tumble's. The British Championships and the British Open Tournament is held every year for F.I.G. levels and includes Grade 4.

Our gymnasts are now competing up to level 3 women's pairs and groups, and are working towards level 4 and Junior World Level. They are also competing up to National 3 tumbles and working towards National 4 level. At the moment all girls and boys do both tumble and Sports Acro, but the gymnast normally choices to specialise in one or the other at International levels.

Sports Acro is a friendly and disciplined sport. The gymnast has to learn to rely, trust and work with their partner or partners. They need to support and help each other. They also need to work with different gymnasts of different ages and abilities as the partnership will often change annually in the earlier years.
